It also helps you quickly find which alarm went off first. Here’s how in four simple steps:

1. When the alarms are sounding, press the "LOCATE" button once on the controller. 
2. After 3 seconds, all the other alarms will stop making noise. 
3. The only alarm left sounding is the one that first detected smoke, showing you exactly where the problem is. 
4. Once you know which alarm is the source, you can then press the "SILENCE" button on the controller to quiet that alarm. 

The controller comes with a 10-year sealed battery and can be easily mounted on your wall, giving you a simple way to manage your smoke alarm system and ensure your home is safe.
